Personal Training at OPEX

Welcome to OPEX! We take the best of personal training, the smartest fitness program design and the fun of the fitness gym environment and put them all under one roof.

At OPEX Bethel Park we take pride in honoring who you are as an individual and what makes you unique both inside and outside of the gym. Whether your goal is to lose weight, be a good role model for you kiddos, or to live long and prosper you deserve a Professional Coach who is as invested in your success as you are.

We believe in a holistic approach to fitness that takes the time to thoroughly get to know who you are, what your typical day looks like, your experience with fitness, and where your physical starting point is.

How it works...

Step One: Initial Consultation

  • In order to create a program that best suits you, your coach will spend time getting to know who you are, what motivates you in fitness, and why you have set certain goals.

Step Two: 3 Part Physical Assessment

  • BODY: body composition analysis
  • MOVE: how you move + limitations/imbalance
  • WORK: your starting point in fitness

Step Three: Implementation

  • Based on your goals, lifestyle, and physical assessment your professional coach will create a long term plan that will help you accomplish your goals and much more. When you are in the gym there will always be a professional coach there to support you, answer questions, or chat with.
  • There will be other motivated individuals, just like you, on the gym floor working out together so you won't miss out on the fun of being within a community of like-minded people.
  • Each month you will meet with your coach to check-in, build upon your relationship, and work together to create results for a lifetime.

If you're ready to be part of a community of individuals who are inspired to live larger lives, we want YOU! Book a consult TODAY and get ready for a fitness experience like no other.
