Why did you get into fitness originally?
My mother. She was a world class powerlifter for most of my childhood. It was just what we did. Since then, fitness has always been a part of my life in one way or another.
Why did you become a coach?
I saw that teaching fitness could be done better. Realizing I had a great base from being surrounded by some very intelligent coaches from a young age I knew I could help people in a very positive way.
Who do you love working with?
Clients of with a variety of goals and experience. Most importantly people who are ready and willing to learn. Everyone is unique and I enjoy the challenge of figuring out what works best for each individual.
